A Pokémon Card Tournament Project
to Support Children’s Welfare
We will be hosting a large-scale Pokémon Trading Card Game tournament for 1,000 players on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in Hachioji, Tokyo.
Our organization operates child welfare facilities and provides support for children with disabilities.
This tournament is planned with a long-term perspective on employment support, aiming to create practical work opportunities and real-world experience for children with disabilities.
About the Project Organizer
We, Razmi Inc., operate child welfare facilities and are engaged in activities to support children in our local communities.
We focus especially on providing a safe and nurturing environment for children who are not attending school and for those who require social support, so they can grow and develop with peace of mind.
What We Aim to Achieve with This Project
Our goal is to create opportunities for children to connect with one another through Pokémon cards, as well as to create workplaces where children with unique characteristics can make use of their individual strengths.
In March this year, we plan to host a Pokémon Trading Card Game tournament in Hachioji that can accommodate up to 1,000 participants.
Furthermore, within the year, we aim to realize a tournament on a 10,000-person scale.
Through these events, we hope to contribute to employment support for people who require social assistance and help build pathways toward their future independence.
Background of the Project
Through our daily support activities, we have seen that many children—especially those who do not attend school—have difficulty finding opportunities to connect with society.
Pokémon cards are a game loved by many children. By using Pokémon cards as a medium, we want to help children meet new people, interact with others, and feel a sense of belonging, thereby supporting their participation in society.
Our Past Activities and Current Preparations
Through our work at child welfare facilities, we have provided many children with places to learn, play, and grow.
Building on this experience, we are preparing to host Pokémon card tournaments by training staff and strengthening our event management systems.
We have already received support from many volunteers and members of the local community, and preparations are steadily moving forward.
